The Okapi Framework, an open-source project, provides a set of cross-platform components and libraries that assist the development of localization and translation-related tools.
The Framework allows tools developers and localizers to build new localization processes or enhance existing ones to best meet their needs, while preserving compatibility and interoperability. The Framework also provides developers with a way to share—and re-use—components across different solutions and promotes existing open standards.
