Okapi Tools for Java - Update available

Several updates and bug fixes have been made to the Okapi tools.
The latest stable version (0.5.1) is available here:
http://okapi.opentag.com/downloads.html (version 0.5.1)Note that the latest development versions are always available here:
http://okapi.opentag.com/snapshotsThat snapshot version is often the best to use as it contains all bug fixes.
